Yogurt Dip

Works well for raw veggies, a sandwich spread, or a cool condiment for meats and seafood


  • Greek yogurt (or plain yogurt): about 150g/5 oz individual serving pot
  • lemon, juice and grated zest from .5 to whole lemon (your preference)
  • salt: pinch
  • fresh herbs: large pinch of your choice…basil, dill, parsley, chives
  • optional flavor: generous pinch of black pepper or sumac


  1. Mix all ingredients together and adjust lemon to your taste
