INGREDIENTS
- Greek yogurt (or plain yogurt): about 150g/5 oz individual serving pot
- lemon, juice and grated zest from .5 to whole lemon (your preference)
- salt: pinch
- fresh herbs: large pinch of your choice…basil, dill, parsley, chives
- optional flavor: generous pinch of black pepper or sumac
